Scope of Diagnosis and Treatment:
(1) Colorectal malignant tumors and functional diseases (e.g., constipation);
(2) Benign colorectal polyps and inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis;
(3) Perianal diseases including abscesses, fistulas, and internal/external hemorrhoids;
(4) Presacral or pelvic masses;
(5) Pilonidal sinus cysts.
Internationally Advanced Surgical Techniques and Methods:
(1) Laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer: minimally invasive, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay, and fewer postoperative complications; adoption rate exceeds 95%;
(2) Ultra-low anterior resection with anal preservation: success rate over 92%, with tumors as low as 3 cm from the anal verge;
(3) Radical resection for rectal cancer with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation: maximizes postoperative sexual and urinary function;
(4) Total colectomy with ileal pouch-anal anastomosis: radically cures ulcerative colitis and familial polyposis; awarded the Second Prize of Jilin University Medical Achievement Award;
(5) Intraoperative radiotherapy: used for advanced or late-stage rectal or colon cancer, ensuring more precise and thorough treatment.
Domestically Leading Surgical Techniques and Methods:
(1) Transanal excision of rectal tumors: applicable to benign rectal tumors and early-stage rectal cancer;
(2) Muscle flap repair for rectocele in treating outlet obstruction constipation;
(3) Subtotal colectomy for slow-transit constipation;
(4) Presacral mass excision via parasacral approach: minimally invasive, shorter operation time, and fewer complications;
(5) Dual-scope (endoscopic and laparoscopic) minimally invasive surgery: applicable to various types of polyps and early-stage cancers;
(6) Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids (PPH) for treating Grade III–IV internal hemorrhoids;
(7) One-time cure for perianal abscesses and anal fistulas;
(8) V-Y flap plasty for one-time cure of pilonidal sinus cysts.
