Professor TULUPOV ANDREY provided a detailed introduction to research areas such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), magnetic resonance angiography, magnetic resonance myelography, and functional magnetic resonance imaging, as well as an overview of the relevant situation at the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Director Qu Wenrui, while introducing the hospital, stated that our institution has always been committed to international exchange and cooperation, continuously enhancing its medical standards and research capabilities. In the future, the hospital will further strengthen collaboration with internationally advanced medical institutions to jointly promote innovation and development in the field of medicine.

During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on relevant areas of cooperation. As a hospital rich in clinical resources, we remain committed to enhancing medical standards and fostering innovation in scientific research. Given the high incidence of stroke in this region, exploring the application of high-field-strength MRI technology in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of stroke is of significant importance. This collaboration not only lays the foundation for future in-depth exchanges and technological innovation between the two parties but also represents a significant step forward in advancing the cause of public health.
